County Roscommon is still one of the best counties in Ireland to buy property
with prices lower than most other counties. A high standard 4 bedroom semi
detached will cost €225 K in a new development while a four bedroom detached
house on a private site would cost from €300 K. Many recent tax relief schemes
have come to an end - but prices are beginning to fall which is good for
potential bargain hunters.
